Each point is one price update the operator signed and sent, about every 3 seconds. One update cut the price 15.6%, below that day's low in Seoul; 961 long positions were liquidated in the next 72 seconds. Self-hosted operations for a HIP-3 market: the oracle, separated roles, multisig, failover, verifiable receipts and shadow monitoring. It holds no keys and runs no markets.
HL Price Guard
A Solidity library for reading prices on HyperEVM. It refuses the oracle price when it differs from the order book, the mark or an independent reference by more than a set margin, and caps the amount settled per time window.
HIP-3 Record
